This is me
Hi, I am an Irish visual Artist and my name is Patricia Mc Ateer. I am originally from Dundalk , Co. Louth and I now live in Omeath Co. Louth Ireland. 
I dream and imagine most of my work before I begin.
I love to create paintings inspired by our fabulous Celtic Irish Heritage. Our magnificent Megalithic sites and our ancient myths and fairy tales.
I use healing Reiki on my work and I believe that each painting is filled with the energy and vibration of the site or subject matter along with the healing from the vibrant colours, along with the crystals I use in some of the work.
I use Acrylics mostly. I absolutely love to use new mediums , textures, including pastes, crystals, powder crystals, gold and silver leaf, mulberry root paper, beads.
